Merlin’s Suggested Summer Reading List for Upcoming Kindergarteners

Please label the following items with your child’s first name

 

· A small towel or blanket for rest time (must fit inside of child’s backpack

· A complete change of clothing in backpack at all times

 

Please DO NOT label the following supplies:

 

· 4- 24ct. boxes of Crayons

· 1 box of Washable Markers in Classic Colors

· 6 small Elmer’s glue sticks (6pack)

· 2- 4oz. Bottles of Elmer’s School White Glue

· 1 Pair of Fiskar scissors for kids

· 1 package of Baby Wipes

· 2 Packs of colored Dry Erase Markers

· 1 large box of tissues (Puffs, Kleenex, etc.)

 

GIRLS ONLY:

 

· 1 box of gallon sized freezer Bags

 

BOYS ONLY:

 

· 1 box of quart sized freezer Bags

 

Please make sure your child’s backpack does not have wheels.

 

INIDIVIDUAL TEACHER MAY REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS
