*Backpack without wheels. On the outside of your child’s backpack write your child’s first and last name, school name (Meadow Woods Elementary School) and teacher’s name with permanent marker. *1 new white T-shirt in your child’s size (or one size larger) so that we can make a class team shirt. *A complete change of clothing (these may be kept in school or in book bag), Please write your child’s first and last name on the labels of all clothing items with permanent marker. *Please write your child’s first and last name on the labels of jackets, coats, sweaters, etc. with permanent marker.
Please do not write your child’s name on the following items: When sending these items in on the 1st day of school please put them in a bag & write your child’s name on the bag. * One box of wet wipes. * One box of tissues (Kleenex). * One refill bottle of liquid anti-bacterial soap. * One Bottle of hand sanitizer * Four boxes of the fat Crayola crayons – 8 count. * Two Large Elmers glue sticks. * Two 4-ounce bottles of Elmers white glue. * 1 box of “Dixie cups” 5-ounce size * 1 package Crayola washable markers * 2 packages of colored Dry Erase Markers
If your last name begins with the letters A-M please send in the following items: 1 package of large paper plates 1 package of small paper plates 1 box of Saran Wrap 1 large can of Shaving Cream If your last name begins with the letters N-Z, please send in the following items: 1 sandwich size box of plastic bags 1 Box of gallon sized freezer Ziploc bags 1 Box of quart sized freezer Ziploc bags 1 box of aluminum foil
* Please send in any items that your child may use/need to assist him/her in walking, eating, etc. These items will be sent home with your child daily, unless you indicate that you have duplicates at home and these items may remain at school. * Pull-ups, at least 3 a day, this applies only if your child is working on potty training. * A Daily Snack. Each week a different parent will be responsible for providing snack for the class for the week. A list of which parent is responsible for what week will be sent home the first day of school. * Your child will be given a folder that will need to be brought to school daily. This folder will contain daily correspondence from your child’s teacher. Please check this folder daily! |
